“Aniduzza” is just simple pasta with a small ring shape. This is another type of pasta that must be baked in the oven like the others, but has its own characteristics. It’s also called “sfurmatu d’aniduzza”.
Prepare a ragu with minced pork. Cook the peas; cook the pasta al dente separately and dress it with an amount of ragu. Put a layer of pasta in a greasy Pyrex, cover with ragu, caciocavallo and peas. Put the second layer of pasta and follow the same procedure. Finally sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
