Recipe from Ragusa.
Pull off the leaves from the artichokes and season in lemon juice for 20-30 minutes. In a pan, put oil, 4 cloves of garlic, a bunch of minced parsley, salt, pepper; cut the artichokes (1 kg.) into pieces. Let season for a few minutes, stirring; add a glass of water; turn the fire down, cover and keep cooking. Before removing from fire, pour the juice of 2 lemons in the pan: stir and serve.
