e) Fry in oil 2 cloves of garlic until golden brown and season the (already cleaned) tops of asparagus (400 gr.); put salt and cook for few minutes. Add a glass of water glass with tablespoon of tomato extract; 3 tablespoons of dry white wine; a few minced parsley. Cook for 25-30 minutes; during cooking, add some oil and serve preferably at evening.
f) Fry in oil 2 cloves of garlic until golden brown , salt and minced parsley; add 500 gr. of (already cleaned) asparaguses and some water. Cook over a weak fire for 20 minutes. Use them to dress pasta or to prepare a risotto, or even to cook omelettes.
