Simple procedure, typical of some mountainous towns near Messina, to cook mushrooms.
Choose the smaller mushrooms (possibly the same size), wash and drain them. Spread with oil and stand one mushroom next the other, with the stem up, in a greasy Pyrex. Put salt and pepper and bake in a hot oven.
Another version: some spread with grated breadcrumbs.
