· Wash codfishes and boil in a little water for 20 minutes, drain and serve with oil, salt and lemon juice.
· Wash codfishes and drain. In a pan fry 2 cloves of garlic until transparent, add salt, minced parsley, the codfishes and sufficient water to cover them. When boiling, keep cooking for 20-25 minutes on a weak fire. Serve the codfishes with the cooking sauce.
