Ingredients for many serves:
1,2 kg ripe grapes
½ lemon
300 gr. caster sugar
Preparation: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Wash and drain grapes, remove stalks. Cut the grapes in 2 parts and remove stones. Pour them in a thick bottom pan and cook for 15 minutes (do not add water); stir continuously.
Then mash them in a potato masher and pour this purée in a saucepan. Add sugar and a little lemon juice.
