Choose 2 kg. of codfishes (medium and large size). Wash them, gut and drain. In a small pan mash 6 salted anchovies. Spread this sauce over the codfishes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and place them in a greasy baking pan. Crumble rosemary, spread minced parsley, add salt and pepper. Then bake in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes. Spread lemon juice and serve.
