Mix together the flour, salt and pepper, as in the previous recipe. In a tureen prepare a dough in proportion to 2 beaten eggs; 1 bunch of minced parsley; 2 tablespoons of grated <<caciocavallo>> (type of Italian cheese); 250 gr. of fresh caciocavallo cut into small cubes; 200 gr. of salame (or dried sausage cut into pieces). Stuff each ravioli with the mixture and close it. Finally fry the ravioli and serve.
