Unusual and rare Palermitan traditional dish, but unfortunately I couldn’t find the exact recipe. It’s a sweet layer of pasta filled with “fish, fried wild fennel, cauliflowers cooked in a strong sweet sauce, and spices”. Prepare the pasta crust as in the previous recipe of pasta pie.
