Place sea bream slices (1 kg.) in a mixture of oil, salt, pepper for 60 minutes al least. In a pan put ½ glass of oil, 300 gr. of tomato pulp, 4 cloves of minced garlic, a little salt and pepper. Drain the slices and place in the pan covered with the tomato sauce. On each sea bream put 2 black olives without stones and cut into pieces. Spread over abundant minced parsley and 10 leaves of basil. Cover and put in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
