Obviously this recipe is from Marsala and is considered a main dish.
Cook and peel the shrimps. Grate seasoned bottarga (quite hard). Remove the stones from the green olives and cut them into pieces. Choose big rounded tomatoes and remove the pulp hollowing. Fill the empty parts with a few drops of oil, shrimps and olives and spread bottarga over. Add a little pepper and a large leave of basil. Place the tomatoes in greasy baking pan and bake in a very hot oven for 15 minutes.
